I've been looking for the dress that Kim Kardashian is wearing in this picture. Unfortunately, I was unable to find it for sale anywhere, it's probably last season. I did learn that it's by a designer named Mara Hoffman, who has some things I like for the fall/winter season, so my search wasn't a total bust.

Mara Hoffman is best known by her sexy and sophisticated creations on HBO's hit "Sex and the City". The designers's specialty dyed and batiked jersey-knit garments are uniquely distinct and are inspired by nature and the beauty exhibited by world cultures. This taste of the exotic by Mara Hoffman has caught the eye of fabulous ones such as Naomi Campbell and Kate Hudson.

Right In My Own Backyard.

I've been living in D.U.M.B.O for about a year and a half, but to be honest I've never been one for exploring the neighborhood. Spending an afternoon ooh-ing and ahh-ing over "local delights" and things are "quaint" just doesn't appeal to me. So I'm still finding new things, and this morning was no exception when I noticed a clothing store called ZOE.

I was recently discussing with the girls, the concept of "The Perfect Tank".
It's gotta be that luxurious, thin but not sheer material, cut snug to hug your curves, and length is super important, falling at the hip is ideal.

I know James Perse tanks to fill all those requirements, and come in a variety of colors. Buy them at the James Perse Website unfortunately, they're $45.00 each, which is a bit much for a a tank top, even a perfect one. If you want one, I suggest searching the net for some on sale, they will definitely go on sale because most people are not interested in paying that much for tanks either.
