This sexy schoolgirl throwback hasn't been a part of popular fashion since the days of Liv Tyler and Alicia Silverstone in Aerosmith videos. I was a bit young to get away with wearing them then, but boy did I ever want to!
Now I wear thigh highs in place of stockings because they're a sexy surprise. You know with the whole garter belt thingamajigs. But with a longer skirt, not for them to show like this.
Does she only get away with this because she's young? Or is this a wearable fashion choice for all?
