MAC Cult Of Cherry.

MAC Cult of Cherry is the latest limited edition MAC makeup collection to have the girls going craaazy!

It features a lot of the deep purples and reds that have been dominating Fall makeup looks.

Now, I really like this lip. If used correctly, it can be a great piece of sexy weaponry. But, practicality tells me that these colors are a bit bold to get much use out of them, and most of us really don't have the necessary skills to make this look right. I don't even think the model in the promo shot above looks right, zombie eye makeup? Nah, I'm good.

But with a neutral eye/ dark liner this lip CAN work! Check out Scarlett from a few months back. Better... Still not better than Natalie, but better than zombie face.

In summary, don't fall too hard for this makeup trend, by Winter you'll want something new anyway.  
Actually, my fave product from this line is their Illegal purple nail varnish (shown below). Its a good way to rock these dark colors without making yourself look line you're on the hunt for human blood.
