Don't know if you caught Usain Bolt break the 200 meter record last night, but I saw it in and was amazed. The 21 year old of Jamaica ran the 200m in 19.30 seconds! He also broke the 100m record but was barely trying as he slowed up at the end looking at the crowd and pounded his chest. Congrats to Bolt and Jamaica!200 meter
