I previously came across the video stills for this song "Miss Independent" and was throughly interested in seeing the end result. I have to say that I am truly satisfied with the outcome. From the moment Ne-yo stepped on the scene, he's been hitting us with hit after hit. Whether they be ones that he penned and sold or ones that he sang himself, they've all topped the charts.
This video is probably going to be no exception, the cameos from Gabrielle Union, Keri Hilson, and Lauren London was an exceptional touch; not to mention a good look. I totally love the song and appreciate anything that celebrates the independence of women. Jill Scott once said in an interview that she thinks that "Ne-yo definitely knows the key elements of what a great song comprises." Do you agree?

P.S. - Did you peep Tre Songz in the video? Wasn't there a rumor going around that him and Ne-yo had beef? Well looks as if they squashed it if they did indeed have problems.
