I am super excited about this new innovative idea in eyeshadow from Bourjois Paris. This is Shimmering Shine Liquid Eyeshadow and it it delivers high shine that you cannot get from regular eyeshadow. It is a water-based formula along with the patented applicator to apply these pearlized pigments smoothly and flawlessly. It is said to dry quickly and not supposed to crease or be sticky. Can't wait to try this!
